We purchase arable and grassland throughout Estonia, regardless of location or size. The immovable may be either maintained or unmaintained (including overgrown). We are also interested in immovables that, in addition to arable land, include buildings or forest land. An existing lease agreement is not an obstacle to the sale.

The price of arable land depends on several factors. When preparing an offer, we take into account soil quality, land relief, the location of the immovable, access and size, as well as the existence or absence of encumbrances. If necessary, we request additional information that may affect the value of the land in order to ensure a fair price.
